At BONGSnPIPES, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedure and the available delivery options. Whether you choose Express or Standard Shipping, rest assured that our process is built for transparency and reliability.

1. Standard Delivery Process (Applies to Both Express & Standard Shipping)

Our shipping workflow follows five key steps:

Step 1: Order Received and Payment Verification

Once you place an order, we immediately begin processing it. Orders paid successfully are moved to the next step. If payment verification fails, we will reach out for clarification or confirmation.

Step 2: Packaging

• Orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 P.M. (noon) will be packed and prepared for shipment on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. will be packed on the next business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. on Fridays will be packed the following Monday morning. This may cause a 2-day delivery delay compared to regular processing times.

Step 3: Shipment Pick-Up by Delivery Partner

Once packed, your order is picked up by our courier partner based on the chosen shipping method (Express or Standard).

Step 4: Tracking Number Issued

After our courier confirms collection, you will receive a tracking number via the email you used during checkout. This is sent automatically and allows you to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Step 5: Order Delivered to Customer

Your order will arrive within the estimated timeframe outlined below, based on the shipping method you selected.

2. Delivery Options and Estimated Timeframes

BONGSnPIPES currently offers two delivery methods:

1. Express Shipping

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3 business days from the order date.
• Note: Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. on Fridays will experience an additional 2-day delay, due to weekend processing limitations.

2. Standard Shipping

• Estimated Delivery Time: 5 business days from the order date.
• Note: Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. on Fridays will typically arrive within 7 business days, factoring in non-working weekends.

Important Reminder: Shipping timelines begin once your order has been confirmed and packed (Step 2). Delays may occur during weekends and public holidays.

3. Uber Delivery

Service Details:

• Available in Sydney Metro only
• Operating hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Applies to orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days

How It Works:

1. Customers place an order and select Uber Delivery as the shipping method
2. Provide accurate delivery details and address
3. Confirm the order by texting or calling +61 435 313 916
4. BONGSnPIPES will process and dispatch the order via Uber
5. The customer receives the item and pays the delivery fee directly

Our refund and return policies remain unchanged.

Exceptions and Delays

In certain situations, delivery may take longer than the standard timeframes for either shipping method. Delays may occur due to:

• The item ordered is temporarily out of stock.
• Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout.
• Customer requests a change of delivery address after the order is placed.
• Delivery interruptions caused by unforeseen events (e.g., weather, courier delays).
